I'm so confused. Can someone please explain what's going on here? We had said multiple times that the MILB players that were drafted within the rules but were sent to the minors could be demoted to your MILB team as long as you dropped one of your MILB players. What is being suggested to add is that once we hold the minor league draft (now suggested to be Apr 4 in order to see who made the MLB team) a team that drafted a said player has 3 options. 1. Release the player in question 2. Before the MILB draft demote said player to the minors and lose your MILB pick associated with the ranking of said player from BA. 3. Keep the player on your MLB roster, but not allowed to put him in the MILB. Now these are a change from what we originally had said. I personally like the demote the player but drop a MILB player at the start of the season so no MILB players are on the MLB team. Basically we did the drafts backward and as a result we need to fix some issues. Hopefully no one is getting mad over this. So now we are at a point similar to the MILB draft order. We can vote on which way to use, or just leave it as we had it.

You can't change shit now? I was told final answer, c'mon Condor. It was final, no? You both said so. Either that or you go back and rip players off there roster, I knew this would be an issue and called it. So now we could be possibly changing it lol

Should've stuck with a guy who hasn't played an MLB game, can't get drafted, lol.
Edit: Or sorry, what I said.

Fix it fellas... it's pretty obvious. Can't just change it to MLB experience only at this time. About 5 or so players fall under that category and at least 2 were foreign players.

Players such as Cespedes, Abreu, Maeda, Darvish, Tanaka, Devon Travis, Micah Johnson, etc. will always be allowed to be drafted. It would be insane to have a free for all to pick them up as free agents. Edit: I forgot Park falls into this as well.

Foreign players signed MLB contracts, much different. Please stop trying to impede your mistake. I told you guys this was going to happen. We can move forward for all I care.

Not to mention we're talking about an inaugural draft, mistakes happen. You made one. No big deal.

So you guys with players whom have zero MLB experience get stripped. If you change it now it's imperative that you guys get stripped also, pick MLB players or GTFO. It's only fair.

Everything that has been suggested or posted please ignore.
The rule will stay the same as it was posted since around the 10th round:
If a player is available on ESPN and has projected stats then he can be drafted in the MLB draft. If that player does not break camp with their team you may then move that player to your MILB roster and remove a player from your MILB roster. Everyone has known this rule and drafted with this in mind so we are leaving it this way.

In addition I think if you are going to draft one of these prospects, or already have, and they don't make opening day rosters, then it should count as your 1st round pick in the MiLB draft and not be linked to the player's ranking. Otherwise in theory I could: 1-pick a Barrios, Glasnow or Giolito with an MLB pick 2-draw one of the top 3 slots in the MiLB draft order redraw 3-end up with 2 of the top 5 prospects I would argue that isn't fair to the rest of the field. We're already in a position where 2 of the top 10 prospects and 3 overall are not available for the MiLB draft. I think those should count as 1st round MiLB picks, IF they don't break camp with the MLB club.

If a guy from your MLB roster is sent to the minors then you can send him to your MILB Roster and drop one of your players that you currently had on your MILB roster"
